1:1 Somatic Psychotherapy Sessions online and in person
Compassionate Inquiry® is a body-centred approach to psychotherapy developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that combines aspects of talk therapy with mind-body awareness.
During a Compassionate Inquiry session, we combine aspects of talk therapy with mind-body awareness. I support you to gently uncover, process and release layers of stress, constrictions, suppressed emotion and trauma embedded inside of the body that are at the source of your difficulties.

This is a 3-month 1:1 program for uncovering and healing from fatigue and its hidden causes
